This whole saga with these guys reminds me of a Ponzi scheme. Everyone screaming at the top of the hills how great they were. Come get your share of the gold mine, etc.

These guys are clowns who obviously got in way over their heads and are trying to get you to trust them again. I’d stay away

Well I'm pretty sure these guys just disappeared and we'll never hear from them again. They no longer answer emails, I can't login to the new site anymore and there is no longer contact info listed. I assumed this would be the outcome but it seems to be confirmed to me now at this point.

If there intent was to skip town - why even bother creating a new site ?

The lack of a cashier option/slow responses wouldn’t worry me personally - imagine they are more concerned with getting things set up and operationally fully before a very big week of betting vs hand holding a bunch of seasoned gamblers reassuring them everything is ok.

We have seen books close - this doesn’t follow what they did.

Way too many people screaming the sky is falling here and not simply letting them fix the problems: I get - it suck’s having funds at risk - but if your aren’t comfortable with the possibility of issues like this (I r worse) stick to legal apps and pay their juiced up lines with no bonuses.

Again - the lack of payout reports just means little unless you know the person reporting them is legit. How many have unpaid payout request of more than 2 weeks here ?

I noticed too these behaviours. Too much panic by many posters here.
There are some very positive signs showing they want to continue business.
If they were scammers, the site would be gone, there would not be a chat either.
The fact, they reply shows something.
We don't know what the end will be but showing some positiveness and patience is my thing.

There is no chat though and they went from responding via email to now being unresponsive. They went from having contact info visible to taking contact info away. I was able to sign in to the new site 2 days ago and now I can't. I agree it's strange to originally reply to peoples emails and create a new site just to end up disappearing and taking everyone's money. Why even bother with all that ? So that gives me some glimmer of hope but at the end of the day I feel pretty confident anybody with a balance will not be seeing their money again. I hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.

was able to place a bet. might be monopoly money, but functionally it worked. i have rollover left so hopefully someone reports a payout in the near future

That's good news!
Would be awesome to hear a payout reported by a reputable poster.
I'm staying optimistic in the meantime. Sportsbooks go through growing pains. If they make good with payouts and sort everything I would definitely deposit again.

Puzzles me as to why they don't send emails to customers/updates etc. with new site info, and that we have to come (very thankful for this website regardless BTW) here to find all this out. I've completely written off as a loss, and I test logged in and they have taken (really stolen) all free play and bonus related figs, like they never existed. My balance essentially got cut in half. But half or full times zero is still zero. Wont bother posting bets until all the dust settles, and won't give 1% chance they follow through with restoring all thats right and payout everyone. And website name...really?

They did actually send out a mass email to all players not long ago giving an update and telling people the name of the new site so that's something positive at least.

Having over 20 years of experience dealing with offshore Sportsbooks I would advise you NOT to deposit with them EVER again, but I think you know that by now.

didnt get anything and like I said, they confiscated half my balance which was the bonuses. I wish i took pics and screenshots last week but had no idea this would happen. Actually in retrospect, I hope they wiped the bonuses clean and I can withdraw the remaining balance without filling the bullshit high rollover; I would count that as a win. Of course good luck speaking to a rep within next few weeks at best.

They do answer the chat on the old website. Just spoke to them an hour ago. You could give that a try.
