They have been around a few years but as a credit shop. They decided to go deposit book too hence as online a year or so ago.

They have people in Costa Rica and are Costa Rican.

Getting heavy transactions both ways so I’m sure in the beginning it can cause processing issues.

These are called growing pains.

I went on live chat and as usual Willy answered within seconds. When I told him about my issue he said one second while he takes a look. A few minutes later he exited the chat and now he won’t answer. I tried calling both the cs and wagering numbers but both went to voicemail

Anyone else having issues with betwws as the moment?

I'm not holding my breath. I am considering my balance a loss. Seen similar things happen in the past with other places once the excuses start. I got paid a number of times a while back but this is probably really bad news

Started feeling that way when the guy posted in here last week he was waiting 4 days for a $250 payout

That combined with just exiting the chat and refusing to answer any form of communication is a terrible sign

Well why would they shut down before march madness if they were looking to scam? And wouldn’t the site just be completely gone?

Yea ur hopefully right, also says wagering has been suspended which is more general and short term, not like ur account has been closed.
