BetWhale Sportsbook Feedback Wanted

Everytime i request a withdrawal for more than $500 it always gets reduced to only $500 and it takes way more than 5 business days in receiving my payment from Betwhale and they constantly reject my request for $2500 when they say you can withdraw up to $2500 at a time.. Sometimes it takes more than 15 business days. This is frustrating!

About 98% sure BetWhale is cooked. They told a friend of mine today that their withdrawal from two weeks ago will need another week for approval.

The one I had approved for $300 earlier in the week (requested $2500) is still not paid either.

Preparing for the worst at this point.

My $300 payout was received today 03/29. I first submitted this on 03/14 for $2500 and it took 15 days to get only $300 of it paid.

I've used both JuiceBet and BetWhale and can corroborate what's been said here already. Slow pay is an understatement. I lucked out and went to 0 on BetWhale with a lucky Low Hold Play and on JuiceBet I've been getting paid $300 every 2-3 weeks, for a few months now. I just thank God I didn't run up that high of a balance. They limited me globally to $10 max bets on every single market.

I got a $300 payment this past weekend from a 03/14 request. I submitted a new one on 03/26 for $1000. Sortve hoping since I didn’t request the full $2500 maybe they’ll approve the $1000 lol

I wish they would but I've tried all differing amounts, testing out the same theory, no matter how big or small my requested Payout was, it was always the same as the one before. I've gone from $1000 on the first one, to $500 a few times to now the standard $300.

I am considering any withdrawals as found money now. At the pace they're paying it will take me 400 days to withdraw fully.

They had have processing "delays" for 3 months now, clearly that's not the truth.

Haha same. I did the math and it will take me close to 2 years if I get one $300 payout every 15 days

Great news! I got a withdrawal approved... for $300. I assume the next one will be $100.

I’ve gone down a bit of a rabbit hole trying to escalate this outside of BetWhale.

They claim to hold a license through Anjouan and I’ve managed to find a few websites related to Anjouan gaming. One of the sites publicly posts all of the licensed gaming providers.

Betwhale is nowhere to be found up on the list.

I decided to look into who owns BetWhale and while there is some conflicting information. BMR says Bayton ltd. while another site claims it’s a company named WonderPlay.

Neither show up on the list.

I voiced most of these findings to BetWhale themselves to hopefully reach an expedited payout agreement. Long story short.. that failed.. but I will share a snippet below of the email they sent me.

Based on everything here including their response, it doesn’t even seem that BetWhale is licensed. I have contacted a few places in Anjouan and will report back if I hear anything else.

This latest message reads as if they are currently not licensed. Which may explain the payment issues.

Have you listened to this guy Pace's experience with them on this podcast? If not I suggest you do he tells the story around 40 minutes and 30 seconds into the pod, and incorporate that into your strategy of getting paid out...
