Everything about the site is great. Great bonuses with realistic rollovers. The only downside is payouts take 5 business day to review and another 72 hours to pay and on top of that they get reduced to $500 every time.

I have been withdrawing a 12k balance for months and still have many months to go.

They take longer than the 3 business days advertised to pay out. Complaints are warranted. Also they say you can request up to $2500 of your winnings, but most of the time they will only give you $500. This is unacceptable, if I am requesting an amount within their agreed parameters, that's what I expect to receive.

We've received some recent slow-pay reports from BetWhale players.

Please let us know if you have any feedback to share about BetWhale.
They have been slow playing players. Particularly new players. Although I value McNasty’s opinion, majority of the users on this forum have had much different things to say compared to him. He either had a long history with them and they want to keep a loyal player happy, or he’s lost so much there they have no issue paying him.

Prior to March withdrawal requests were approved in 3-4 days. My current request is at 5 days. They claim 2,500 can be withdrawn, but then claim because of bs like credit score they will only pay $500. I have not seen anyone draw more than $500 per request.

After approval you receive an email that you will be paid in 72hrs. It will take 2 weeks. They will give a series of excuses that do not make sense and do not give any specifics on the delay.

Its a Ponzi. They pay slow while they collect more than is let out and at some point they will cut and run.

My current withdrawal just went over the 5 business day time frame. Last week they approved it hours after their window. Will keep everyone posted.

I have $15k in betwhale right now, I'm getting $750 every two weeks, at this pace it will take me a year to withdraw all the funds. CS of course knows nothing, directs you to email billings, who then generically responds in 3 days with no help.

I've gotten up to $1500 before.

The "only" downside is maximum withdrawals @ $500.

Pretty big downside, no?

Payout issues been well documented...

Can anyone speak to how long you can play without getting limited? Wondering if it's a bad idea to take the free play or not...dont' want to tie money up before i've met the rollover req if my betting limits cut be cut to <$100...

My $2500 withdrawal was reduced to only $300…

I have $12000 remaining on my account. If it continues to take them two weeks every payment I am looking at two years of withdrawals…
