Betwhale not paying!

Want to share my experience with betwhale. Signed up and received their huge bonus, which required a 5000k play thru in order to withdraw anything. After 4 days I was limited. Then when I tried to make bets, minimum bets were ten dollars, however because I was limited, I couldn’t make ten dollar bets. Essentially I couldn’t bet on the site. After about two hours talking to support, they agreed to give me my initial deposit back but made me play through it. Finally I played through it, being limited, and requested a 350 dollar payout on August 4. I submitted the documentation for my bank and waited for it to be approved. It was approved on August 11, which is when I officially requested to remove my money. It is now August 30th and I have not received anything. Anytime you ask, if it’s less than 10 business days, that’s the answer you’ll get from them. After 10 business days, it’s a technical problem that they have no control over. I cannot stress enough not to get involved with this shady site. Still waiting for 350 dollars. None of this has been embellished and is completely true

Does anyone have any suggestions? Still haven’t received payment and get the same message everytime I contact Betwhale.

Your lucky its only 350. They will probably pay you eventually. They do this infuriating slow pay.

This is the only number you can reach, but they will say you have to talk to billing and billing gives the same canned answers over and over. I just call until they pay.

Tomorrow is a month. And would be 22 business. I email every day and go on the chat. I feel if I call I may be arrested lol
