Betvictor Cheat Me, They don't Pay my Winings......

Ok a few updates since I last checked here. Kabini - you said these were all moneyline bets, were they on the same game, I'm starting to feel that you may have circumvented your limits if you placed all the bets on the same selection in play. While the Betvictor software may allow it.. If you back over your limit then they will usually void + close the account.
Limits are usually in relation to payout on a particular event regardless of differentials in the odds (i.e taking it inplay).

There could be a case of the game is being investigated for match fixing - there has been various cases of bets being voided etc.... For games suspected of being fixed, it's happened a few times with William Hill (although these were football matches)

They have closed your account and refunded your deposits, correct??

As you don't know your exact bets, it's difficult to check back, they could have been bad lines which you "unknowingly" exploited or were available on live arbing software. Although you stated you weren't arbing, you could still place bets on these events without knowing and alerted bet victor as an unprofitable customer which in turn lead to your account being closed.

Have you asked live chat to confirm whether the money is still there - If they say nothing then try phoning them, you'll be able to speak to someone with authority.

It does sound like they suspect fraud, as they wouldn't refund your deposits only if you requested a different payout.

have you tried contacting the license provider - they aren't usually that helpful, but may be able to give you advice / contact them on your behalf

• No bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited to your Account

Now they trying to cheat customers.

Are you sure they have told you this money in your account?? It is extremely rare for a bookie to refund your deposits and keep the winnings in the account.

Do you have live chat proof or an email confirming this after they sent you the email saying they won't accept your custom anymore?

Live chat don't always know everything unfortunately. I would phone them if I were you

There isn't much you can do I'm afraid.

Bet victor appears adamant that your account is linked with fraud / fraudulent activity.

All you can do now is wait for a response from newbmr and see what bet victor say to them.

If you do not receive a response from them within the next few days, then I would head over to sportsbookreview.com and file a complaint with them. They are a lot more active than the owners of this website
