Got this message when I requested a payout from BetUS, does anyone know what it means? I requested a payout of $1000 which is well below their max.

Was it a no deposit freeplay ? I remember not betus but like a long time ago northbet gave me a 100 freeplay and I turned into $800 bucks but when I tried to withdraw they said max payout was $500 on a no deposit freeplay bonus .

I had to call them twice, the first guy said he didn't know what the problem was and he would call me back. He didn't call for a couple of hours and then I called again and the second person said it was because of a bonus rollover but I didn't claim whatever bonus they thought I had and we were able to work it out and i was able to withdraw
