BETUS not paying out...

Hi all. Hope I can get some help here please.

My experience:
I've took their bonus with a huge rollover of like 90k. Then they limit me to $50 per bet. I've grinded out for several months and completed this rollover finally. Now they won't let me withdraw and told me I had to do a video call with them to verify my account...I've sent in all documents asked for such a my ID and also a selfie holding my ID. I've even called them bc they told me to and that's when they asked me I have to do a video call with them. This seems very excessive for verification. And they won't tell me why this extra verification is needed. It's nearly impossible for me to video call them bc I work graveyard shifts and they want me to call during business hours...they won't let me withdraw unless this is done. Isn't this very excessive? And without any explanation from them. I have about 12k on there and can't withdraw. Can anyone help or have knowledge in this situation?

Just do the video call and then they will pay you quickly from that point onwards, that's been my experience. It was a little creepy I agree but after I completed it, have been good to go ever since.

It's excessive but they aren't singling you out, this is just how they operate now. As has been said, do the call, make time for it since it's a sizeable amount, they aren't going to budge. While our money is in these books, in today's day and age, especially. We are at their mercy.

Good to know. They are always up my butt trying to get me to deposit but the free play crap isn't that enticing of a bonus option for me so I just stick to my loyal books.

Yeah at the moment I am owed 6k from a book. Won't state the name. Been 6 weeks. I am being patient with them. Being an ass or not cooperating can only do you harm. As you said we are at their mercy. I can't do much harm to them besides writing a bad review which they may be ok with. Who knows.

They are shady AF at times and will do everything they can to help you risk and lose your winnings - but they pay.

Deposited a dime there a few months ago - ran it to 27k and cashed. Paid as promised with minimal wait. Of course they call me non stop asking me to deposit again without a bonus (why?) telling me how sharp I am.

Can’t see them limiting so low on major sports - props and smaller leagues/sports - absolutely. They can occasionally offer the best number on events - but limits are usually not great on stuff like tennis.

Yes I did the video call...they literally asked me to just hold my ID next to my face lol. That's it! Short call and they paid out. Annoying tho.

If your experience is anything like mine they will let you take 5k out per day every day no questions asked from now on, IMO well worth it to jump on the zoom call once and be done with it vs. the never ending verifications that some books do...
