Does that mean we shouldn't give our password anymore through live chat?
Hmmmm..... Not a lot of details on how the hacking took place.
How are they getting the account passwords? Hacking the owner or hacking Fanduel/DK?

Would be interesting to hear if the customer service people are stealing passwords for large accounts and selling them on black market. Of course, this would never be admitted to by any book.

I guess I should stop using "WIN1234" as my password for all my book accounts. :lmao:

Boys does this mean we’ll be back at the Walmarts and buying gift cards again soon like in the dark ages?

No. I don't think so.

I got a call from Bob at Microsoft (I think that may not have been his real name - he sounded Pakastani). He said, Target gift cards are good but Walmart is bad. He helped me get through issues I was having with someone hacking my PC. I didn't even know my PC had problems until he showed me.

It only cost $500 in Target gift cards for him to fix it for me. I gave him the Target gift card numbers over the phone but he said I had to wait 24 hours before my PC would be fixed. I'm wondering if I made a mistake with Bob. :+clueless

Most likely a philshing email. So basically customers are sent an email requesting them to log in to their "DK" account and once they click on the link and enter their login information it gets sent to the hackers who in turn use it
