Tankster Tankster oh my little Tankster, from this post, I can tell you have never been in this part of the world right? No, anyone can , it doesn't matter. Sometimes some of them might say no they do not have it which some don't, but in certain areas most do. I think I mentioned this before. You don't see any strung out locals from the pills at the pharmacy except the Mathew P in Campuchia, everyone buys it from them. But the pills are a foreigner thing. Because if a local was into the "opiate" scene they just do straight opium or heroin and the heroin here is powder white not the black tar that is in America. Locals here do not mess with xanax or valium etc , it is a foreigner thing.

It is all legit just like you would get in America, same companies, etc, only difference is you don't need a script. It is all the exact same stuff. You can overdose on what you get from the Dr too. All you do is take too much, doesn't matter script or no script.

Matters the quantity. A doc in the US won't give me 500 Valium pills a month. And oxy worked out well for people.

Prob less overdoses where iRRini is at than the US by far. You know how many people are overdosing on things they are buying illegally in the street that they have no idea what they are taking but think they know? Hell even the people I buy my disposables from are these two Mexican kids that I am certain are illegal and they are maybe 17-18, that’s how crazy the market is since KOMMIEla and Joe opened the borders. Those lil cholos have the absolute best quality disposables from Cali and it’s not even close. Not only the contents but the device itself is PREMIUM.
