This could be a simple yes or no answer — does anyone know the policy amongst the three sites of BetOnline, LowVig, and sb.ag on wagering on the same event 2-3 times to wager the most possible? Do they care if you max bet the same event on multiple sites?

I'm not sure of the relationship or communication between the three sites. Thanks

i dont think they give a shit either way. they use an automover and have a massive handle. They use a common line management between them for major markets anyway

Could you please explain in more detail what you mean?
An automover is a computer based line (or juice) mover that reacts to a wager (either by size or based on who bet it) by moving the juice or line a predetermined amount per bet. For example, if at 5AM you placed a max wager on college basketball extra game it might go from -110 to -120. If you tried to double bet it on both sites, you would get one bet at -110 and the second would get rejected and you'd be forced to bet it at -120 or pass on the bet. If you max bet it again at -120, it might move the spread a half point. It queues the bets to avoid limit circumvention.

Appreciate it. Do you think that'd apply to live as well?
They only limit bet sizes like this to allow them to adjust the line if they need to. You can hammer it many times and they don't care. If the software doesn't prevent it, you can go crazy. Betanything, however, does limit how many times you can bet on a game to 1 max bet. Bookmaker and Betonline are big boy books and will generally take all the action you can give them.
