BetOnline casino issues

BetOnline casino runs promo every week, play 150, 25 cash back. Been good for a few weeks, up a few bucks. Now their progress bar doesn't update, even waiting 24 hours so cash bonus wouldn't release. Giving me 50% of rollover. CS gets you nowhere. Give it time to update. 24 hours not enough?

Anyone play this and have this issue? CS is awful.

I am sure someone will have some experience on this board. I thought something came up with casino play at BO but I don't remember what the outcome was. I just don't trust any online casino play so outside of free spins I got years ago with sign up bonuses, zero idea.

I do like the promo if I am reading this right, likely +EV pending what the RTP is for the slots at BO. 16.6% cash back, so if RTP is somewhere in the 90%+, definitely +EV. I will play a few land based slots that have +EV at certain spots, but I just don't trust any online slots.

As far as CS as BetOnline, definitely not the best. The couple times I have had to reach out for a misgraded wager, one time was a nightmare, but got corrected. But...great sportsbook and payouts are fantastic so since I have almost no need for CS, no complaints.
