Casual gamblers like jj don't understand the issues/problems of pros after being in the business for 25+ years.

Promotions went from outstanding to basically zero. Software is horrible -- lines don't refresh, login problems, cashier problems. You need a telegram to beg for a few dollars and they think that's great. The new software shows like 5 games at a game in huge font; the classic can show dozens on one screen and you can refresh. Basically they've turned into a euro book in every way except they've kept their high limits.
