Just wanted to give a quick update from my side since a few people have asked privately and the thread has been moving along.
Nothing has changed for me. My complaint is still sitting out there with no real help from anyone — not BMR, not OSGA, not Anjouan Gaming, not the corporate entity behind BetNow. It’s been weeks and I haven’t received a single meaningful response, no case owner, no timeline, nothing. The trail has basically gone cold.
To be clear: I’ve provided every detail, asked for a line-item accounting, cited their own T&Cs, and pushed through every official channel. There has not been one piece of evidence or explanation offered back to justify voiding months of pre-game wagers. They just stamped it as “line moves/fraud” and closed the book.
What’s interesting is that a handful of people are still getting paid on small withdrawals, which is good for them, but doesn’t change the underlying issue. Selective payments don’t mean the shop is healthy — they just mean they’re picking who to pay and who to stiff. That’s actually worse.
So for anyone reading this and trying to make sense of what’s going on: this isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s a pattern. And so far none of the supposed watchdogs have been able to get any traction on it.
If something changes — if anyone actually reaches out to me with a real update or if BetNow decides to address the dispute — I’ll post it here immediately. But as of now, the reality is simple: my winnings were confiscated and every avenue I’ve gone through has led nowhere.
