I am sorry that you feel the way you do. I've been a part of the offshore industry on and off for many years at various forums both in capacities of moderator and poster. I've seen lots of changes throughout the years some good and some not so good.

For what it’s worth, I’m the player Miz is referencing above. BetNow confiscated $6,186.50 in winnings from my account under the blanket excuse of “line moves.” These were futures and series bets that had already been confirmed and in some cases partially decided. They closed my account, returned only my deposits, and left me with no recourse.

I filed a formal complaint with BMR over a week ago and haven’t heard a word back yet. I understand these things can take some time, but total silence isn’t encouraging.

Can I ask directly — how long should players reasonably expect to wait before an update on a complaint like this? Even an acknowledgment that it’s being worked on would help. Right now it feels like BetNow can get away with stealing, and players are left in the dark.

I wouldn't feel comfortable playing more than small stakes here anymore, mostly to be eligible to play their contests which are great. The layout change and the increase in vig makes it a lot less worthwhile. The previous posts have summed it up quite nicely...sad to see it go downhill because I used to play a lot on BetNow.

Me too. Everything you said is correct

Lost a lot of their uniqueness when they changed the software.

I played there a lot last 2-3 years. Won consistently and was paid on time. Sad to see it all go away in a matter of weeks
