Betmania deposit fluctuation.

I made a deposit with Bitcoin for $610 and it went thru within a hour . I know Bitcoin fluctuates most of the time it’s off by just a couple of bucks . When I went to check my balance it only credited me $550. I’m looking at Bitcoin exchange and it actually up .38% in the last hour . When I asked customer service to double check they said when by the time they received it dropped . I didn’t want to argue and show them that’s not possible . It didn’t drop 10% within that time frame today I can literally see it in front of me . Anybody else have deposit issues like this or with any other book .

10% is kind of outrageous.
Sure BTC market is volatile and moving but in general its been up.
I've not seen a 5% drop in the last several days.

I’ve been with them along time . I haven’t had any issues this is the first time that a deposit has been off by that much . I said to the csr and he said he double checked they looked into it and said that was the value . Maybe I’ll try another csr or manager then .

I spoke to another csr and pretty much told the same thing that it’s out of there control . I asked if I can send proof . She was like to avoid this I should just sent money gram or deposit by another method. I’ve used Bitcoin at all the sportsbook for deposits and withdrawals I know the volatility of Bitcoin but it’s never been off this much . Actually when I went to email my proof it shows it went up when it was confirmed . Well hopefully management can see it and do something or basically it’s like I automatically lost a $60 bet.

I had an Asian transfer agent try something like this on me. They quoted me a certain price for bitcoin at the time and I agreed. Then the CS agent came back and said, OK, now the price is down so you'll get less of a deposit. This was all after he agreed to give me a certain price before that.

I went to look at the price of bitcoin and it had gone up during this time.

So I reported it on another gambling forum and the Asian agent website then went to automated deposits and guaranteed your price for a certain set amount of time.
