I heard about the new betanything site and tried to log in but it says my account has been suspended. I haven’t been active for a while so maybe thats why? These guys were my main book back when they were 5dimes and I gave them a try a few years ago when they moved everyone over to BAS. Is it worth me contacting them to get my account reactivated?

I called them today and they couldn’t explain why my account was suspended and couldn’t give a time frame for when this will be resolved. I checked facebook and trust pilot and I can see this has happened to many other customers. There are reports they’ve been asking for ID, selfie with ID, bank statement and utility bill to process withdrawals too. Wtf? What I really don’t understand why they are suspending accounts and seem totally not interested in fixing it. This makes no sense, any ideas?

Offshore is applying the domestic book legal requirements even though they are in the lawless space of cyberfuckery. No player protection so complaint to whoever the fuk will listen. Its all a deterrent to not withdraw.

Do they realize a deterrent to withdraw is also a deterrent to deposit? There is zero chance I would send all of the info needed to steal my identity just to get a payout when there are so many other books ready to take my action and pay fast with no BS. They should rebrand it Bet Anywhere Else haha

It wasn't out first withdraw. After couple of them, they started asking for weirds shit to delay the withdraws requests.

This is ridiculous. You didn't require any of this information for him to deposit, or to wager.

The only time you want all this KYC is to give the guy his own money back.

Fix this BS way of doing business and pay the guy his own funds, or you too will go down the toilet just like the Jazz family of Sportsbooks and so many others.

This will cause many to not deposit here. This is actually unnecessary. Only way it would be possible is if they had information thinking you are not the person who sent the money.
