I called them today and they couldn’t explain why my account was suspended and couldn’t give a time frame for when this will be resolved. I checked facebook and trust pilot and I can see this has happened to many other customers. There are reports they’ve been asking for ID, selfie with ID, bank statement and utility bill to process withdrawals too. Wtf? What I really don’t understand why they are suspending accounts and seem totally not interested in fixing it. This makes no sense, any ideas?
