Any luck with a withdraw? This same exact thing is currently happening to me.

I made a small deposit on the site and once i covered the rollover and requested a withdraw i was hit with the 72 hour process time. That became a 5-7 business day investigation due to:

"That is taking place since it is extremely unusual for a customer to generate such a high winning percentage, in your case 1.575% (one thousand five hundred and seventy-five) with a small deposit. The investigation typically takes five to seven business days."

These crooks every pay you?
