Bet365 has settled my bets as lost while they should have been voided

I have around 2 months dispute with the bookmakers Bet365.com

My Username in bet365 website is: Alamg_ir75

I have dispute with the bookies bet365.com that solution not found between me and them.
I deposited money to my betting account on date 16/10/2017 amount of 6,040.00€ and i placed 3 bets with ID no. QH2478531510W, KH4649704715W and QH3237198710W by total amount of 5343.75€

All these 3 bets has been settled on my betting account as lost once i claim that all of them should be settled as 'void'.

* I placed my bets on one Basketball match 'in-play' from Israeli women league.
The names of the teams that i saw the market on the bet365 web site (and also appear today in my bets ID in my betting account history) are: 'Maccabi Ramat Gan Women vs Elitzur Holon Women'.

After i placed the bets i gone checked the result of this match in many scores web sites and i saw that actually this match was not exist and was not played in fact.
Bet365 made this market by incorrect name of the home team!
The real name of the home team is: 'Maccabi Ramat Hen Women' and not Maccabi Ramat Gan'.
I sent to bet365 in live chat the link of the real name of the relevant match from the official web site of israeli Basketball Association:

The correct name of the home team in Hebrew as appear in the official web site of that league is: 'מכבי רמת חן' and the correct translet in English is: 'Maccabi Ramat Hen' (women team) and not 'Maccabi Ramat Gan' as appear in my bet details market in my bet365 account.

I send them also proof from another web sites and another bookies that they mistake on the market.

In fact this match has listed incorrectly!
They can't write name of team that not exist and they can not invent new teams names. In that case according their terms & conditions that i registred my betting account with them then all these 3 selections on the spesific market should made 'void'.

But Bet365 refuse to void my bets.
This is the response that they sent me:

There is no other team by the name of Ramat Gan or anything similar in this league. In addition to this, Ramat Hen play in the city of Ramat Gan.

How you wish to proceed following this is at your discretion.

Like they claim that the fact that the correct team name 'ramat hen' are playing in the city 'ramat gan' it's enough for them to remain the bet stand althouth their clearly mistake.
They understood that there is problem from their side with the name of the team according their response but their refuse to fix it.

It is a ridiculous claim!
It is the same to claim like that the football team 'West Ham United' that they are playing inside the city 'London' then they can call them on the market 'London United' and then to say that from their side london united its actually west ham united in the market line.
They are Deceptive the customers.

This can not logical.
According their terms & conditions the market has listed incorrectly and the bet should be void.
They refuse to accept my claim and they finished to speak with me!
This is not way of honest bookies to act.
It's like they gave me to risk my money on air and not on bet. Because if i knew from beginning that the in fact home team is 'ramat hen" then i was never placed this selection.
The mistake was of bet365 side and I as a customer should not loss because their mistakes.
They need to void this bet.

The juctice says that bet365 should refund me back my 5343.75€
They have no right to invite and publish wrong markets for betting and then to refuse to fix their mistake and refund to the customer his funds.


I need some help if you can involve in this dispute and to contact bet365 company and request from them to respect their own terms & conditions and not allow them to scam customer as me, as they have to refund me my stake 5343.75€

If they made the mistake in the market then they should fix it out, and not let the customer loss money because their mistake.
As appear in their terms & conditions this bet should be void.
They have no right to invite name to team and then to claim that is ok becsuse they are playing inside the city name. like i said above their claim that they respond me= like call 'London United' (Team name that actually does not exsist in the world) to 'West Ham United' just because they are playing inside the city London.

I hope you can involve at this case and makd the justice here and let bet365 understand their mistake and refund to me my stake back.

Do you seriously think that you are going to get your money back because of a small spelling mistake by Bet365? If your bet had won, would you have contacted Bet365 and asked them to void the bet for the same reason that you want your money back? You lost - get over it, move on and stop wasting our time.

Is it really sounds you as "small" mistake as you said?
To write in the line market incorrect name of team once you risk your money actully on differnt record team is it hear you small mistake?
It is the same situation like you place a bet on home team Man City vs Liverpool but then you see that Liverpool has actully played against Man United and not against Man City, or like to see that is the U23 team of the club who actually play.

If my bet had won, then I'm sure that they was contacted me to informe me the bets become void because their terms & conditions 6.6 and 6.7

I know friends who told me they had the same situation like me just reversed.
They won bets in bet365 and william hill and after the match got finished result then the bookies contact them via email to inform that the bets has become from won status to void status just because their terms & conditions that match has been listed incorrectly.
They have to take responsibility if the mistake made from their side and if they were wrong the customer to risk his money on wrong team actually.
This is their own Term & condotions and they recevied clear proofs that this relevant match has listed incorrectly.

And I'm also contacted IBAS about this case.

Absolutely right - and in this case I would argue that it is crystal clear which team was meant in the listing. I'm 99.9% certain that this will be IBAS's conclusion too.

I can't never imagane to which team bet365 intended to refer to.
I only can 100% prove that this releveant match has listed incorrectly and i have all the official evidence for this.
Even bet365 changed the name of this team to the real name in the last weeks (i saw 2 days ago that women team had a match and there was line in bet365 web site on this team with the fixed name).

I can't never know in the same relevant time to which team the bookies intended to refer to, and the responsibility for the order of the market is belong to the bookies and if the mistake made from their side then they have to fix it and not allow to customer be hurt about their mistake.
And in final case this dispute should be be determined by the bookies term & conditions and bet365 terms & conditions say that this bets should be voided:

Unless the bookies were able to prove that the match has listed correctly , Contrary to my claim, but they didn't not prove this as and they even justified my claim by this that in futures matches they changed the name of the team to the real team name.
So The burden of proof right now is on them and not on me, because I've already proved my claim.
If they not prove their claim and also refuse to follow up their own therms & conditions (that say clear that if match listed incorrectly then bet will bocome void) that support my claim then it is a scam.
Because actually they misled the customer.

You seem to have ignored the second sentence of 6.6 'Such determination to be in bet365's absolute discretion'.Whilst I recognise that it is possible for Bet365 to abuse that 'absolute discretion',in this case,I think they've behaved fairly.

You say that you can't ever imagine which team Bet365 intended to refer to, yet you placed bets of more than 5000 Euros on that team. I think that says it all.
