Bet365 acting like legal mafia.

My username at bet365 is ambush12345 At the end of february bet365 locked my account. Why? Becouse i was long term winner. Bet365 just hate if someone wins in long term. I was betting several mounths with some nice profit. When I discover my account was locked I went to live chat. My account was alredy verified becouse I made several withdraws in the past. Thay asked me again to send some documents: like 2 ID documents and myself holding ID. I send tham all this on 27/2/2018. I send tham also 2 selfies (more than thay asked). Thay acepted this documens. But thay also ask me to provide postal code verification (PVC). Thay told me I need to wait for PVC for 28 days. I spoke with royal mail, thru who bet365 send PVC code,. Royal mail told me that thay deliver poste in max 7 working days (from UK to SLovenia-inside of EU).
My frend open bet365 and he verified his account thru postal code verification. When he asked for pvc, bet365 system automaticly told him he will recive PVC in 5 working days. And he realy recive PVC in 5 days. Of course he is a losing player, so ther was not a problem for bet365 to send him PVC.
I also ask slovenian poste office how much time thay need to recive poste from UK. Thay also told me max 7 working days. Every letter have a tracking code, this is why I asked bet365 to give me tracking code. They refuse to give it. Gues what? After 28 days I didnt recive PVC. So I went again on bet365 live chat, I asked again for tracking code, thay also refuse to give it, but thay send me PVC, and PVC arived in 5 working days this time.

So on 7/3/2018 I went again on bet365 live chat, becouse I got finaly my PVC (after 40 days). I give tham my PVC number on 7/3/2018, and thay acept it. So thay got all documents thay needed from me on 7/3/2018. Than thay told me I need to wait for review of my account for next 28 days, and after that thay will pay. After 28 days I went again to live chat on 4/4/2018. On live chat thay told me: This review will be comlited on 2/5/2018. I apologiz again for any incovenience.

This is obviouse avoiding paying scam. Thay just dont wish to pay. I would understand if i bet on fixed maches, that thay can refuse to pay me. But I bet on bet365 only on many maches that have odds out of the line, value betting-long term winning startegy. So ther is nothing suspisiose about my accout at all. This strategy how to beat bookies told me my friend, becouse he is limited with all posible bookmakers and he cant bet any more. This is pure matematic how to beat the bookies.

After bet365 is still holding my money, I start to investigate my case. I wrote to many people around the world. I came acros one guy who owns affiliate website for bet365. He told me that bet365 dont wish to discus ther problems in public. This guy also told me that many people contact him about this problem. He told me that bet365 to many costumers send PVC and PVCs never come. This guy also told me bet365 just refuse recently to pay to many costumers(more than 100) with excuse, that ther accounts are under review.

So bet365 tactic is just to pay very slow or not pay at all with excuse that account is under review. Unfortunatly I cant tell to publich with who I spoke this, becouse he is bet365 affiliate, and he dont wish to lose his affiliate deal with bet365

Like I see bet365 is still the best rated bookmaker in the world. But I asume they start losing money recently, so thay refuse to pay at this point to profitable players. So be cereful with bet365 guys, thay are not the same bookmaker any more. This is probably the first step when bet365 is starting to lose money in ther histroy (this is not my theory, but my contact told me this becouse he is in this busnes for several years). This guy told me that bet365 also refuse to pay to one biger affiliate recently. So i am very woried. Wher can i officaly complain, becouse I am from slovenia?

It must be something involving multiple people needing to be investigated to take that long.

But they are not just stalling you. They are not known for that. They are a big public company and have to act within their regulation rules.

But I don't think it will help much. You are probably just going to have to wait for their investigation to end either way.

Agree ...stalling has recently been the tatic used by many books to get you to lose more money whilst waiting for a payout.

Bet365 are not fair bookmakers as eveybody thinking.
you got finally paid because it's small amount.
and even in your case they made you it hard to get your legal winnings.

in large amount of withdrawals over 50,000€ they will do everything to revoke from you your money by any kind of action!

I know many friends that they had in the past bet365 account and they did them the same problems once they ask withdrawal,
the same like you they told them wait 28 days for complete the verification.
first it was wait 28 days for the pvc, after they provided the pvc they said wait now another 28 days (they couldn't review the betting account account in the meantime of 28 days once he waited to the pvc?), and after 20 days they sent my friend email and then they said that they want another document, and after he sent then they said now wait another 28 days.
it's a really joke and shame of service.
like this way they can delay account verifications even 5 years if they say wait 28 days and every time after 20 days ask for new document and to say you have to wait new 28 days beginning from the date you sent your last document.
And why 28 days?
They claim that bet365 is the biggest bookmakers for players, then why customers should wait so long for get their money?
verification should take maximum 48-72 hours.
it's shame that big bookmakers like bet365 delay withdrawals for 28 days just for spend time.
The normal time for verification should be up to 3 days.

They are recently also started to ask from friends documents of third party that not belongs to them, for customers who deposited with electronic wallet like neteller and skrill and they ask to send them screenshot of the skrill account history and if they see in the history that you received the money via transfer from another membet of neteller/skrill then they start to ask you to provide ID copy of the third party person who sent you the money, and will refuse to process your withdrawals if you not provide them these documents of third party that they even not belongs to you.
That's what happened to my 2 friends who played in high amount in bet365.
Skrill allow this kinf og activity of transfers between members and confirm it's legitimate transactions, and if the third party refuse to provide his personal documents then bet365 would take this option to try revoke your money.

and to understand that in high value of money it's really deangours and not recomended to be customer of Bet365.
They revoke funds to small customers like shame of bookmakers.

I am sure this is somthing iligal thay ask you for.
IF your frend would send you 10k or 50k. Than maybe thay would ask for sorce of income, but for 1k deposit, this is crayzi what thay did to you.
This have no logic at all, and on cort bet365 would lose this case
