big problem and dispute with Bet365 which reached a dead end, about amount around 210,000€

Hello,

my name is: MD Aftab.

I have a big dispute with the bookmakers bet365.com
previous month I deposited to my betting account 1000€ via skrill,
and i won on one combo bet amount of over 210,000€.

in first bet365 said that they deduct from my winning the amount to 50,000£ according the maximum winnings per 24 hours at their terms and conditionans.
but one day after they said that they closed my betting account forever according their terms and conditions 4.2 and 4.3 and refuse to pay me even one Euro including my depisit and refuse to specific the reason for that and they stopped to provide me service.

Now I can confirmed that I already submited 2 complaints about this case/dispute in Gibraltar Gambling Comissioner and IBAS.
I understood from IBAS that IBAS have right to decide about rulling up to amount value of 10,000£ and my dispute is very large amount this amount of 10,000£.
and it's take long months process the complaints.

Someone here have any advice how to act in this case?
I'm fully cooperated with bet365 verification requests and I played by their rules.
if Their traders has decided after manually review of over 30 seconds (it's not was automatic confirmation of the web site system, it was manually confirmation) to accept my bet with the additional stake value and the additional winnings amount value then tje bets original value should remain stand on without changes.
all the amounts value was on the eyes of the traders before they accepted the additional stake, then why they reverse their action just after they saw i won??

Now anytime once I call them They stopped to provide me service and hung up me the phone call and tell me don't call us again.

just to clarify- even the value of 50,000£ now they don't want to pay me and they ecplain their decision via bureauracy answers from their therms snd condition without to touch the spesific points what I did wrong from their terms and conditions, there is no logical reason why they don't pay me as I played and act all by the rules of their terms and conditions, they refuse to explain why they think and i broke their terms and conditions and how exact.
They just ignore me and not provide me service anymore, Really shame service and action of bookmakers who claim himself for the biggest bookmakers in the world.
They are have good service and trusted only in small withdrawals up to amount of around 5000€-10,000€.
in lage value of withdrawal like over 50,000€ they will always start to make problem to delay you and will do everything for not pay.

you have all understand that in high value of money it's really deangours and not recomended to be customer of Bet365.
They revoke funds to small customers like shame of bookmakers, stay away from them espacially if we are talking in high value of money.



Someone here have any advice what is my best option to act in this case further?

When in Norway you may have some extra options via the EU Commission but it sounds like you have already tried all the regulatory routes you can from Bangladesh.

But for that amount of money I think I would go for proper legal advice if the MGA and IBAS have not helped already.

I didn't submited complaint in MGA.
I submited the main complaint in the operator of the licence of bet365- The Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, and in IBAS too.
It's look like MGA giving licence to Bet365 only for residents from Greece.

For submit complaints against bet365 in Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and IBAS it's possible from both countries Norway and Bangladesh.

I didn't received yet decision about my dispute from the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner or IBAS (IBAS advice it's can take around 14 weeks on average for except for a rulling), just in previous month i submited the complaints.
if they will not able to resolve this dispute then it's sure I will take a legal advice for this case.

But from your expirience about Gambling how it's sounds to you the fact that bet365 revoked winnings just after the bet has been settled just because they say "our terms and conditionas says up to 50,000£ max winnings per 24 hours"?
Especially if they approved the bet after manually review of their Traders?

I think it's the same like to play in live casino in the Roulette, and appear in the bet-limits table in paper rules that pasted to the table that the max bet on for the Red/Black selections is 10,000€ per single spin, but for example I want to place on the Red 70,000€ per single spin, and I ask from the dealer before the spin and he ask confirmation from his manager for this additional stake value and if the manager accept for the dealer my additional risk although it's above the limit table then if I win then the winning amount should stand on according my original risk.

Is it not the case?

Contact those lawyers immediately and present your case. At least hear them out. It's possible they prefer dealing with the case when there has not been a ruling from either IBAS or Gibraltar and a no-ruling could be easier to sway things your way. IBAS cannot help you anyway with a ruling for this amount so there is no point in waiting.

They have in their terms and conditions some ranges of maximum winnings per any 24 hours period for football between 50,000£ to 2,000,000£ it's depend on the leagues choosen.
part of my selections in the combo bet was belongs to the group of leagues that the 50,000£ winnings limit per 24 hours does apply.

But the problem i think now it's not the issue of the maximum winnings, Because once I provided them my points about this case and all the explanations about the manually review of their trader (and especially that one of the matches there was in-play) then they refuse to comment me spesific to the points of my claim, maybe because they understood that i have good case about my claim then They just changed their position about this dispute of the maximum winnings and now the main dispute is not about the maximum winnings.
The main dispute now is about the status of my betting account that They informed me that my betting account has been Permanently closed according their terms and conditions- 4.2 and 4.3, and that they not mean to pay me even the 50,000£ and even not my deposit and they refuse to comment me spesific what i did wrong from their terms & conditions- 4.2 and 4.3 like how i broke their rules and what exact i broke including evidence for that, but they refuse to comment me about this and they stopped to provide me service, every time once i call them over the phone they hung up me the phone call after i give them my username.

The last Email response that I received from Bet365 is to inform me that their decision about my betting account is final and there is No further informaion about my case, and there is no point to continue contact them via phone/Email/live chat.

I am not a UK citizen/resident, and bet365.com bassed in UK and I played under their spesific web site licence that they have from Gibraltar (they have many other licences to residents of spesific countries, like Australia, Italia, Spain, Malta, Denemark, Cyprus and Bulgaria) then in my case what kind of lawyer I should look for?
Am I need gambling lawyer from UK that know the UK gambling laws or that to rent lawyer from Norway or Bangladesh or from any other country it's also will help?

I suggest contacting the same lawyers that are representing the girl that wasn't paid either. That firm has experience and you can probably arrange some kind of "no cure no pay" deal with them.
