I deposited about 3500 euros total and withdrawn about the same, I have been enrolled for 1 year and never had any withdrawal problems. but nobody denounces them? have I been online for many years and continue to defraud people?

Hello everyone, just today my account on bet2u was closed with a balance of around 700 euros. The account had been opened in June, I had already made payments and withdrawals of around 1000 euros . last week I decided to make a withdrawal of 500 euros, but after a few days the withdrawal request was canceled, i contacted the administration and they told me that a further check was necessary by skype. When I was contacted via skype, they asked me some questions about the football teams I'd bet on,they asked me questions about the amounts wagered and the types of bets placed. After asking me these questions they informed me that I would receive an answer in a few days from the competent department. So today I received this good news, this is the email received: ''''''''''''''''''' Dear Customer, The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended and a breach of point 23.5 of our terms and conditions has been detected. As a result, your account has been permanently closed and a return of your deposits(Total deposit- Total withdrawal) will be made. point 23.5 says this: 23.5 Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to void all bets made by the User. I answered their mail asking for proof of this Hi, I have several questions to ask you: 1) I paid hundreds of euros and no violations were found, why did you try to make a payment and found a violation? 2) you told me i violated the point 23.5 , what would be the duplicate account and to whom is it headed? 3) what would be the ip address that this account uses? Surely nobody will reply to my mail, since this is all fake, I have never opened another account. Stay away from these scammers. I have already written to them via skype that I will do negative publicity and write my story in all betting forums

Everything was fine and then 21.12.2018. I used friday 300euro deposit bonus. I made turnover in time frame limit respecting turnover rules. With completed turnover my balance was 1450euro, then I tried to withdraw some money and of course there was an error. I contacted customer support and they said to me that my account is under monitoring, after week or two and some emails they asked for skype video verification which I made with one of their agents. Funny thing was that agent was writing names of football clubs and I was asked to say from which country they are (LoL). Two days after i received next e-mail ; " Dear Customer,

The monitoring that had been placed on your account has been completed. During the course of the monitoring, a breach of points 23.5 had been detected. Consequentially, all of the bets placed by you have been nullified and your account has been closed permanently. Of course that is pure bullshit, they false accused me to have multiple accounts so they can keep MY EARNED MONEY. Avoid this scam site at all costs, they will steal your hard earned money.

I did the mistake of opening an account there without searching the net/forums for more information, trusting that Skrill is a reputable company!!

Everything was OK in the beginning I verified my account and started betting (no bonus taken as they have some difficult terms for rollover) just some free bets they offer on 'wednesday deposits' most of them lost, I did make several deposits on wednesday and some withdrawals. My balance was always positive most bets were winners so after my 4th deposit of 500e I placed some bets and balance was approx 800e, I wanted to withdraw again and it was rejected!! got this answer from CS

I did their Skype video call verification, spoke with someone with Russian accent, asked what king of bets do I place, some snooker and cricket rules!?! because I placed bets also on this sports. it was weird conversation, and said to wait again for their answer. waited like 10 days and got this mail!!

Of course their conclusion is absolutely ridiculous I did nothing wrong, they just hate winning players, it was a ridiculous and humiliating experience!! All thanks to Skrill as I never heard of this bookmaker in my life. Seems to be of Russian origin the likes of 1xbet and so, where balance confiscation, rough bonuses, bet cancelation are their business model!!

So AVOID this SCAM bookie at all cost!! You will lose your money even if winning bets!!

I fell for it as well... I won 1500€, they wanted Skype conformation which I did and then they accused me of betting on the same event twice and cancelled all of my winnings. When I asked for a proof because I know I did not do it, they just did not reply anymore.
