I do want Trump to win and I think it’s crucial in many ways that he does
But to be honest it’s all exhausting and I’m getting closer to the point I could care less who wins
It's possible these next couple months, or even weaks, are going to be quite a roller coaster, if they haven't been already.
As far as getting burned out, this has been the longest campaign ever as Trump, under pressure as his attorneys knew and told him he was going to be indicted, multiple times.
Trump said back then he was going to declare he's running so early as he felt they wouldn't indict a candidate.
Then they did so he called it election interference. But the truth is that Trump and his attorneys argued to the Senate during the Jan6 impeachment trial that there was no reason to convict on impeachment as he was no longer president and the Justice Dept would take it up as a criminal case.
McConnell and company agreed and didn't convict him. Then when the Justice Dept filed charges, Trump and his attorneys cried election interference.
They then went before the Supreme Court to argue that if he wasn't convicted in the Senate for the impeachment, he should be immune from prosecution.
See what they did there?
