I had an issue with Gabe at Heritage quite a few years ago. I was told by a Customer Service rep during a chat that I received a bonus for some reason, I don't remember. It was less than $100. I kept the chat session log.I would say I've always had the easiest time dealing with Heritage CS with any issues.
Getting BOL CS to fix a mis-graded play or some minor mistake has always been a huge pain in the ass.
I didn't need the money right away so I didn't apply for it. You had to put in a request. I figured they would keep it on their books for awhile so I figured I could wait until the next time I re-deposited to apply for it.
When I asked the CS rep about the bonus she said she didn't know if she could give me the bonus so I asked for a manager. I got Gabe and he told me that since I waited so long it must not be that important to me so I wouldn't get the bonus. He didn't understand that it was important to me as a matter of principle, it just wasn't urgent. No one said the bonus had to be applied for within a set amount of time.
So I quit playing there for a few years. Imagine pissing off a customer for less than $100 when they were making way more than that from my bets.

Then, a few months ago I tried logging on with an old account number and of course it wouldn't work. I don't even know why they gave me a new one. So I called Heritage Customer Service and told the guy the story. He started getting mad and raising his voice because he thought I was yanking his chain because I had the wrong account number.
I asked if they could look up my account number using my email address. The guy kept getting madder and madder and said they don't work that way. I asked him why he was getting so mad and he said he wasn't mad. So I started talking like he was and told him I wasn't mad either.
What kind of outfit doesn't have a way to recover your account number?
