Probably had the best and worst experience in the same chat session. It was with 5 Dimes Tony. I put in a large parlay bet and it went in twice(without me knowing) which happened every now and than there because at confirmation you would just see the thing spinning waiting and not knowing if it went in. I only had enough for that one bet though and that was deducted so had zero available. The parlay won. When I logged on, I had this large amount in my account that I should have only had half of. I get transferred to Tony and he flips out acting like I cheated. I was like dude. I am telling you take take money from me, not asking for anything. I am reporting an error. He quickly knew he fvcked up and kept apologizing. I probably saved him a bunch if others were paid out the same. He asked me what bonus package I had which was the 6th and 7th on the house deposits. He than said for my honesty I could choose a 2nd bonus to have on my account so I took the reduced juice. So for 5 years or so I had reduced juice and every 6th and 7th deposit added to my account for free. Of course those on the house deposits would go away when you won but were nice perks when on those losing droughts. The free juice was always there.

I would say I've always had the easiest time dealing with Heritage CS with any issues.

Getting BOL CS to fix a mis-graded play or some minor mistake has always been a huge pain in the ass.

Betonline's low level customer service is pretty bad, but they always get the end result right. And now they have Dave Mason on twitter who can resolve anything for you.

My best customer service experience was when I got an Uber driver in Vegas who provided me with all sorts of excellent food reviews. Especially candy bars.
