Orange juice.

Used to drink a ton of orange juice when I was younger.

Now it upsets my stomach.

I go with water with lemon nowadays if I’m eating breakfast.

That is your body telling you as a middle aged man “sugar water” is no good for you. Smart decision to change to lemon water in your diet.
