BAS says they did not receive 10k BTC deposit

I have deposited hundreds of times with them with my Trezor wallet but this is the first time I am having a problem. Am I allowed to post the BTC address on here?

Basically the BAS BTC address shows a confirmed transaction that they received it but a few blocks later,/18 minutes later, the address shows all of its funds were sent elsewhere. They said to contact my wallet's provider to see if the funds were returned to my account. But I see no proof that the funds were restored to my trezor account.

If the funds were sent elsewhere after it was sent to the BAS address it should show you the address it was sent to

I’ve never had this happen in 6-7 years of constantly using crypto

I didn’t think it could happen the way you describe it but someone more tech savvy would probably know better

If you have a screenshot of the crypto address they gave you and the transaction that should be enough to put the blame completely on them

every time I deposit I make sure to save the a snippet of the address they provide

Smart especially when you are sending a sizable deposit.

Exactly - proof of the address being one THEY gave you and the transaction following is easy proof that the error is in their end.

I’ve had a payout sent by a book to me at an address at another book that took 3 weeks to show up - be it does happen rarely. Basically the address used was 24 hours old as the payout wasn’t processed timely as I was promised - so it caused a delay in posting.

But bottom line it did eventually show up. I’ve also had transactions that have failed repost to my wallet - 2-4 days for those to be updated.

This. If you have a screenshot of the address and you can show that the btc was sent to that address that's all you need.

Always screenshot the address they provide you with.

Then if you send to that address you have proof you sent it to them.

Without that screenshot, they could in theory claim you sent it to the wrong address and your money is gone. The fact that your money has since moved doesn't really say much about whether it went to BAS or not.

Weird no reply
