My serious opinion after all the unreasonable nonsense vitch posts is that he does have down syndrome...even his photos have the blank look Forest Gump has...I can see why someone with down syndrome would be insulted being compared to vitch but I see nothing wrong with stating that in my option vitch had down syndrome.
