Ship was a charter - owner is a very small company here it appears. Only asset they hold may very well be a slightly damaged ship with a blown motor now.

You price what it takes to build a bridge lately - several hundred million likely. Taxpayers are funding this project 100% and will never see a nickel of recovery unless we target the nation who flagged the ship and allowed this thing to sail in its condition.
