I know it's none of my business, but if that's true then something doesn't make sense.
If he didn't have 10K to begin with to bet on SB 59 and he had to borrow from you to bet it, then how is he getting the money to pay you back? I thought he was always broke? I'm missing something about jjgold.
Is he some type of trust child who has money coming to him at certain intervals?
I knew an Asian gambler who was like that, i.e. a trust child, and he lived in AC casinos for several years gambling. He was a bad loser (not a bad gambler), so he almost always lost everything as soon as he got his money and he was busy borrowing from anyone and everyone. He borrowed from me many times but he did always pay me back even though sometimes it took him months.
He was getting a ton of Amazon gift cards from a lot of casinos because he was losing so much and he was busy selling them for money to gamble. I've gotten several $100 Amazon gift cards for $80 a piece from him. Come to think of it, I should have paid him only $50 and he probably would have taken it since he was so freaking desperate to gamble all the time.
He wasn't a bad gambler as I've seen him win BIG sometimes, like in tens thousands in many sessions of baccarat. His problem is that he only walks away when he loses everything and NEVER when he is up. I lived in AC casinos for 5 years straight, so I should know since it seemed like he was always in the same casino that I was playing in between Caesars, Bally's, and Hard Rock.
Then, his parents from Texas visited him in AC last year and soon after he disappeared and I don't see him anymore. Maybe his parents found out what the hell he was doing and probably cut him off from all funds or something.
