Arkansas AD Enforcing NIL Buyout Clause for Players who Transfer

Players who sign an NIL deal and then transfer will have the buyout portion of their deal enforced. The player or school they are transferring to will be required to pay.

Its a postive step for this NIL stuff. I'm surprised this was not done before now.
