I’m all for thinking outside the box, but people have to learn to take some things for what they are. Because that’s how the overwhelming majority of the world works

Personally, I don't think anyone can know for sure except the insiders. And there have been cases where people take things for what they are and we've found out that things aren't always what they seem to be.

All we on the outside can do is look at what is published and make our assumptions from that. Obviously there will be differences of opinion based upon that.

Your last paragraph, I would say applies about 50% of the time, I agree that this happens but some are so out there they are not possible, a lot are possible but are improbable and then you have the ones you speak of.
