Sorry to hear about your headache, Keith. I think 4 days straight of headaches is already not normal, you should go and visit a doctor for a check-up.

Not enough sleep will immediately give me a headache, also a hangover, but I've never met any person who has never experienced a headache.

Thank you Genie and Le. Feel much better today ...today only off and on. It's all around the eyes,nose,teeth. I know it's sinus pockets. Always had sinus problems but this has been the worst in years.

No I don't. For the best probably I'd probably burn down the house. I forget stuff on the stove and in the oven all the time as it is.
