Not that I’m aware of.

Not that any professional player would go near that place - even when they were paying. Very low limits and very rec only - now apparently conserving cash hoping to limp into football season and start becoming profitable again focused on a client list of losers.

Yeah, Ive emailed 2 separate places, no response. Usually got replied to quickly each time. Clearly they are on the run and going to close up soon as football is over. Probably getting some poor people who never heard of these forums to cough up 1000s only to never see a cent again. I thought they were reputable; I was wrong. I offered 50% settlement on balance, they have turned full ignoring, mode. Still continue to grade my MLB futures, clearing all my pendings. Even allow bets, whats the point? So sad. They were one of my favorites for over a year.

I’ve been digging around trying to figure out where TopWager365 is actually licensed/regulated, and the answer is pretty simple: they’re not.

There’s no license number anywhere on the site, no regulator seal, nothing in the footer, nothing in their T&Cs. In fact, their own terms flat out say they’re a “foreign company” and that they don’t report player winnings to any government agency. That’s offshore-speak for unregulated.

So if you’re playing there, just know you’re doing it at your own risk — there’s no safety net, no recourse with a regulator if things go sideways. When they pay, great (and they have not been)… but if they decide not to, you’ve got nowhere official to turn.

That doesn’t make them unique — lots of these bonus-heavy shops operate the same way — but anyone considering them should go in with eyes open: TopWager365 is unlicensed and completely unregulated.
