Coach , when I'm capping properly it's a 5 step program.
1. Flashscore for records and history , injuries and location
2. Transfermarkt, a German site that gives a teams transfer values and each player
3. Weather during the 90+ mins
4. Look @ 5 or more predictions ( sportsmole , sportskeeda , Footballpredictions , league Lane etc )
5. If it fits the criteria , bet it and post it.
I'm sure guys like Tanko and JDS have routines they follow before posting. When guys win consistently, it's usually a product of a lot of research.
