CS Rep indicated they do know who received the emails and not. These offshore books have gone downhill big time.

ks, I got the BOL email but not the SB email. Wildcat worked but Shotgun didn't. However, over live chat they did credit me with SHOTGUN after the fact. That said, live chat is spotty. I bet you I got lucky and 8/10 times that would not have worked.
