Thought these guys were scammers. What do you mean by low limits and payouts limited?
I can only speak of my only experiences - but have paid me consistently many times - including last 3 weeks (and I’m happy to share proof of this with any reputable forum).
Very possible you are confusing them with another book - for example HRWager was a book who offered similar bonus in the past and is now confirmed bust. George with HRWager had a parting of the ways with an employee who took a client list and went back to RDG. RDG remains a solid payer and is actually a pretty large operation offering PPH services.
While they may target recreational players and give the impression they are small - don’t let it fool you. Same model as Bodog has used for years but just polar opposite on the marketing front - where Bodog liked to use flashy ads and make it seem like they were big time - Mybookie/RDG keeps a low profile and makes it seem like they are ran by some guy out of his garage on a windows 95 server when n fact they are pretty decent size.
As to low limits - I started at 750 with a 500 deposit. Might be possible to get higher with much larger deposits - but again suspect most players there are 500-1k level depositors taking advantage of the bonus and enticing RO. 20 cent lines of course - and payout options are limited to method of deposit and a cap of 1 or 2k (depending on which method was used). Again - for a recreational player - typically a non issue. When your dealing with a bonus - obviously book wants to keep you active and playing with them to have a chance to win back if you have a nice week. Likewise - they attract more scammers it seems - and a low payout limit reduces the ability of these guys hitting a book and walking away with a big payday while free rolling the book with their own bonus money.
it’s pretty simple there really - play by the rules - you’ll be fine. Try some shadiness and get caught (trust me - they will catch it) - you’ll likely be crying how they confiscated tens of thousands from you. For whatever reason certain known scammers feel because they are more under the radar - they don’t have or or more lax security wise. Like I said - masterclass in marketing with the feel of small shop while holding a large chunk of offshore business.
