They responded: "Yes in order to ensure that the account holder, Thomas Darnell, receives the funds we can offer check or bank wire as payout methods."

I replied: "I'm not taking a wire or check. Bank of America will ban accounts associated with online gambling. I just sent you a video of me doing what you asked. If you have doubts it's me (which is completely ridiculous), you should have told me before I deposited $13k. This is deceptive and unethical. If you don't want me playing on your site then refund my deposit the same method I deposited"

Im not depositing a 13k check from an online gambling site into my bank account. They should have dealt with this before I sent them money. We're not even talking about winnings here, I just want my deposit back at this point. They're clearly imploding as a company and I dont want any part of it

Wow, I didn't know the phone number was gone. You could always tell them to call you but it sounds like they have already made there decision. I do hope all of this works out for you. For the record I have never had a problem with Bookmaker or Justbet. Good luck

This is totally absurd from Bookmaker. No defence, even if they for some reason suspect you are a beard. It's not even winnings, it's just your own deposit. At this point they are almost baiting people they think are beards and then trying to entrap their money which is at least as bad as freerolling them.

It's getting pretty tiring of them wanting to pay with wires too as they know Americans will forfeit a third of it to taxes and also likely run into banking issues. Not to mention they COULD wire $100 to verify the account, but instead they insist on quite large wires. Again, they are so confident the account is fake that they want to punish the ringleader, but they are clearly 'catching' innocent people. Seems like really bad business to me and even people on the credit side are getting nervous.

I
Numerous times? Your account is six months old. How many times have you deposited 13k?
Whenever I deposit I select the maximum bonus. Since I've been Diamond status, its usually 20% with a max bonus of $2,500. So my deposits are usually $12,500-ish. As far as how many times, I don't know? A lot? What does that matter? They allowed me to deposit and disabled my account within 24 hours and are refusing to pay me via the method I've always used

I replied: "I'm not taking a wire or a check from a gambling site into my personal bank account. I've only used bitcoin in the 6 months I've been a customer of yours. What was the point of all the documentation and the video of me reading the scores if you're still not going to accept that this is me?"

If the total withdrawal amount is 13k, you should just take it as a wire or check.

If you're worried about the possibility that the bank shuts down your account, you should just open an account with another consumer bank other than BoA. There are many.

I hope you don't mind but I screenshotted this post and emailed it to them along with saying: "I'm glad most posters agree with me. This is at a minimum unethical and possibly even illegal. I am Thomas Darnell. I've proven that to you. Stop fukking with innocent people and send me my DEPOSIT back. American banks will SHUT DOWN ACCOUNTS that are involved in this. Just send me my deposit back and if you don't want my business I'll be more than happy to take it somewhere else"

They should stop illegally entrapping peoples funds. I shouldn't have to do any of that

Still nothing lol. I'm going to send him a DM on twitter. I'll let him know if he insists on entrapping/stealing money from multiple customers, I will contact all the other players and file a class action suit against him personally

Everyone who has had their money stolen, or who is currently stuck in the KYC process, please PM me

Let us know what he says. He’ll probably ghost you though.

Dude has tons of posts discussing KYC and even doing polls where users can vote on "Whether this person should be paid." Obviously he's lying
