How did Rutgers suck with 2 top 10 NBA picks?
Yeah, good question. I always wondered that myself. I didn’t watch them enough live in order to decipher the how.

Yeah.... Like you said. Fake.
He said the right things to avoid more turmoil.
I feel sorry for him now. He's just 18 years old, and I know you mentioned his agent in another thread post. This kid needs better guidance/agent. It's just unfair to "hate" an 18-year-old kid who just follows whatever is said to him.

You can really see it in that clip. He is still very immature and needs better support.

Yeah, I wonder where his family is in all of this. If his family also just follows the advice of his agent or maybe the one advising/manipulating him, then this kid is heading for very bad career decisions.

I'm thinking this Omar Cooper guy (see below) isn't a good influence on Ace.
He has his own agency: LifeStyle Sports Agency but their site is weak on details of ever having represented players.

AI Gave me this Info:
Ace Bailey's agent is Omar Cooper. However, Cooper is not an NBPA-certified agent and cannot represent Bailey in contract negotiations according to the Deseret News. Adie von Gontard (from Young Money APAA Sports) and Danny Green (from GSE Worldwide) are the certified agents working alongside Cooper.

Sounds like a guy you don't want to trust. So, he has his agency but is not an NBPA-certified agent, but rather an agency that works with certified agents. In this case, why not just go directly to the real certified agents?

Exactly... And if this agency Ace is using was an honest one with any experience dealing with basketball players, why are they not certified themselves? Seems like they don't know what they are doing.
