paying peter to pay paul instead just paying paul directly lots. complaints bbb papaya slow paying the bills people being sent to collections rather pay my own bills not have worry some company decides mail ur payment out in a timely manner

On September the 13th 2021 I used this Papaya payment app to pay Abrazo west valley emergency room. The payment was $400 and has been withdrawn from my account. The Emergency center has yet to receive this payment. I continue to get constant calls for the payment. I need this company to pay this bill immediately.

I guess if you have a bunch of bills then you don’t have to go to multiple websites to pay them

this is what i do. seems like the app is an extra step, but i'm assuming some have more bills than i do. so if it gets overwhelming, then the app helps organize it?

To avoid a hassle, all of our bills are autopay with electronic billing/confirmation. I think if the postman disappeared, we'd never miss him... well, except the Amazon packages.
