A few NASCAR picks this weekend

Road Course. But they haven’t been here since their Xfinity series raced in 2008. Track has been totally repaved and redone since then so everyone flying blind this weekend.

Even the road course ringers were having a little trouble figuring things out during the practice session yesterday.

Folks were sliding all over the track.

Shane Van Gisbergen - one of the best road racers in the world and a regular on the NASCAR Sunday circuit - will be favored every time these guys race a road course.

Christopher Bell won the first road race in Austin this year, and William Byron has won three of the last 10 road course races.

Luckily I have two real nice low-risk, high-reward Parlays where the first three legs already hit. OKC G4 ML (huge sweat obviously) win activated both parlays heading into Sunday:

Suarez crashed in practice and will start in the the back of the field

Gibbs barely missed the pole and will start on front row next to the wunderkind 18-year old Zilisch

This will be a loser. Gibbs was controlling the race along with Zilisch first two stages.

Then Zilisch wrecked them both on the restart after stage 2

Bad luck. Should have been an easy enter but I was playing with this book’s money as I popped them for a similar amount a couple of weeks ago

Still a chance for a nice profit in the thread if SVG wins tomorrow
