yea ill likely go to 60+. Wont eat tonight, tomorrow morning 8am would be around 60ish and then i think i might have some eggs

since im currently at work, im craving nothing

when i get home it will be weed. i really enjoy the destressing / decompressing/ and relaxation mode i get into when I smoke. I am such a deep thinker and it puts me into a zone. I make my own high, if I want to be lazy, I can be lazy. If I wanna be productive I can do that too.

genuienly i can stop drinking anytime and I 100% will be cutting back. Last Saturday I got pretty drunk and I didn't even know I threw up, my buddies told me I did and I was shocked. I woke up feeling perfectly fine, not even knowing I threw up

that never ever ever happens with weed. Can't overdose, never feel shitty next morning.

my goal is 160 pounds. Obviously once I start eating Ill gain weight, but I need to cut back on snacking and whiskey. 170 is healthy....but it's too much for me

some of my shirts are getting tight. My suit is tight. My belly is slightly bigger than I want. That's the real goal. Not to have to buy new clothes :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

LOL. I can totally relate to the last sentence, Sam.

It's proven and tested that this process leads to weight loss, but the next real challenge is in maintaining the ideal weight you already achieved.

I'm lucky with pretty fast metabolism, never was really overweight but have a lot of coworkers that don't eat well, smoke cigs and never cared about eating healthy.

I still stay active because it's fun and keeps my energy levels high throughout the day. I used to jog, swim, latin dance, play volleyball and even skateboarded for over a year - all in my 30s and 40s.

My most recent discovery: Rebounder mini trampoline. You could also do any other type of balance training - the idea is to keep your work outs shorter, and WANT to exercise. I only do 13-15 minutes a day but I WANT TO, I actually think about/crave working out multiple times a day. I stay hyper active during a work out, I try new things all the time and the danger of falling and potentially getting injured... it just never gets boring for me (I know tiktok coaches say you can 'lose weight / engage your lymphatic system without even lifting your feet' - but what fun is that lol)

Being at home im not gonna lie i feel the wall semi starting to hit. But also i was just laying down doom scrolling after ridiculous DMV audit today. Tensions were high

About to do some cleaning my basement just to do something and not sit around and do nothing.

Tomorrow morning is 60 hours. I think thats a good stopping point to have some eggs
