For me, what Sammy and JDS were doing is an intense fast, which their body can also bear. If you want to try it, maybe try intermittent fasting.
I have found in my life when you are young you can usually get away with much abuse to your body and mind. I don't approve of extremes. Moderation is the key. It's all about common sense.

In reality if you skip breakfast you already are going 14-16 hours without food. Eat say 8pm. Eat again at 12pm next day theres 16 hours

Im not one to say you can do anything you mind desires. But within reason i do believe that you can put your mind to it

So like me saying i can do 48 hours. Thats realistic and i did 60

But if im like im not esting for 7 days. Thats no realistic
Si, correct. If there are no existing diseases and you are ready to reset your body, this process is very achievable.

Yea i would say i do things semi extreme. I either go all in or i dont do it at all. But within limits. So again i say i drink nightly but i never miss work and im hungover very very rarely.

But thats also my addictive personality. If i latch onto something and im interested and enjoy doing it. Game over im hooked

Ultimately, always try to listen to your body.

Just giving my opinions here. We are just discussing I know. I may be totally wrong in my view. For me a reset is a change in diet. Much smaller portions and an emphasis on veggies and fruits. Small portions of lean meat or fish. High fiber diet. Its like politics and religion. Vastly different beliefs and opinions can be shared.

I def lack in my fruits and veggies intake. I do canned veggies. I should eat more fresh fruit. But if i cut out snacking thats a huge problem for me. Chips. Cookies. Fruit snacks. Candy ext

Id say if instead of buying 6 snacks if i do 3 snacks and 3 healthy options theres the balance

Step 1 is acknowledging you want to make a change

Step 2 is acting. Im on step 1.5 😂😂😂

When’s the next fast Sammy?
Sammy said on the podcast. He’s not gonna do this on a regular basis. What he wants to do is start cutting out the snacks, and drink a little less whiskey. Don’t know why you’re asking this question. It’s your fuckin’ turn to fast now Bobby.
