The last six months have been a total life changer for me. I’ve been doing weekly fasting consistently, basically cut out alcohol (I barely drink now), and completely quit marijuana. My mind is sharper and clearer than it’s been in years, my body feels stronger and more energized, and even my skin and hair have noticeably improved clearer, healthier glow all around. I’m also sleeping better.
I’m currently at 182 pounds, and my goal weight is 175, a weight I haven’t seen since senior year of high school. I credit these 3 specific changes for all of it as I mentioned above.
I give all the glory to God for guiding me to this path and allowing me to find real happiness and peace, even though I’m rolling solo these days without a romantic love in my life. Turns out, learning to love and take care of myself is sometimes the deepest kind of love there is.
