Cubs +102 vs TB (Best Bet).
Rays have relief pitcher Wisler starting. He has started in his career in the past but his longest stretch this season is 1.5 innings. Cubs bats are doing well this year. They are 4th in WRC+ at 126. Cold weather (40 F) may keep the balls inside Wrigley though.
Twin -111 vs KC (might get rained out)
I doubt this one gets played but if it does, I like the Twins. Better starting pitching, better bats, and only give up a little on relief pitching.
Wash Nats (game 1) -142 vs Arizona
I know Ariz has Baumgarner pitching but Gray isn't a slouch. Gray's stats are slightly better than Baumgarner for the two games each has started and Wash has better bats (WRC+ 81 vs 63, Avg 0.233 vs 0.163) and relief pitching.
Padres -187 vs Cincy
This one is kind of juicy but Cincy is by far the worst batting team in MLB. WRC+ at 44. Anything below 60 is horrible. The next closest of the bad batting teams is Arizona at WRC+ 63. Padres are at WRC+ 100 (MLB Avg). My only concern is that every stat; starting pitching, batting, relief pitching... all favors San Diego. When something is too obvious, beware. Its like betting with the public.
Good luck today everyone.
