Rybakina rarely wins a tourney it’s bizarre

7-6 5-2 up and gets broken 2 straight times

that's what separates top 5 players vs top 25 player. Ability to close out the best players. Fritz played horrible defense for 2 hours....then magical moments when it mattered the most

Amazingly similar price to last yr thinking of risking 5k. Was hoping Sinner suspension to pave the way for Alca, but that’s not happening. Would be my 3rd straight 98k+ AO Futures win if it happens.

Was seriously considering taking Fritz at +2200 down 2-5 risking 50k to potentially be a millionaire but just couldn't do it. He'll always fight to the last point & it was just 1 break down so the recipe was in place for this. Regardless, that Machac meltdown with his coach was NEXT LEVEL cuz he's Rybakina level in terms of never showing emotion.

Let's hope for two things in 2025:

1) sams hard court picks are even more solid that 2024 (if that's humanly possible)
2) retirement rules stay in place for dougie to get that mill.... I can't believe that loophole is still available

im personally still on Sabalenka. She has 3/4 straight slams on hard courts. winning 2 straight aussie opens and last years US Open. She is the rightful favorite.

She’s already 24 and really hasn’t accomplished a whole lot.

Farthest she’s ever advanced in a major was R3 AO a few years back
