If he would've texted me tmrw instead of today assuming the Mets win, I would've said yes. Already told him I'm stuck at work & don't have any sick days left (not about to divulge my actual job situation to my VIP host)
*They're making me fill out a questionnaire to explain why I didn't get fired for cause. Filled it out but I have more faith in the White Sox winning the WS than of it making any difference. Maybe I'll contact a labor attorney but this seems like a lost cause.

It's in your best interest to fill it out. Even if they ignore the information you fill in, they won't be able to blame you for ignoring them. Clerks hate being ignored/treated like the second class citizens.

I did dh..sloppy response cuz I'm not expecting a favorable result but this wasn't something I should've been fired for: at worst relocated to a different site since that's what they did to a guy I worked with who did far worse.(came in drunk/hungover, was caught sleeping in the electrical closet by the bldg mgr who told him to go home. He then went downstairs to the break room to sleep it off disobeying her & he wasn't fired)

Easiest 10k+ ever. Hurk was barely moving & shaking his head at his coach. 2 minutes after I made the bet he retired after he lost s1. Biggest betting edge possible is having a book that pays out after s1 retirements & specifically going ALL IN on this exact spot. Had 7k tied up elsewhere or I would've bet the full 30k.
