2024 BMR Nascar Contest for 5000 in Baller Coins

I want to emphasis rules 3, 4, & 5. This was an issue in last years selections.
Please do not make a mistake. I hate docking selections.


3. You can use a car # only ONCE in a given NASCAR series.
You can use Car #1 in the Cup Series and use Car #1 as a selection in Xfinity and/or truck series but once used you cannot re-use that number in THAT PARTICULAR SERIES again. This is the case even if a team changes drivers for that car during the season.

4. You cannot use the same driver more than ONCE regardless of if they race in more than one series. (e.g. don't use Kyle Busch in a Cup race and then try to use him in a Xfinity race).
This one is pretty self-explanatory. Even if a driver changes teams/cars in any series, you cannot use repeat using them again in ANY series.

5. Using duplicate drivers or car numbers will result in a last place finish for that pick.
If you do use a duplicate car # in a given series and/or duplicate a driver in any selection, you will receive last place points for that pick. If you duplicate two in the same race, you will receive points for last place for one of the duplicate picks and 2nd to last place for the other duplicate pick.

It's a fun contest especially, when you get down to the last few races and finding a good line up. When you have limited options left. Or not using a driver you know is good at a later track.

Thanks RR. Spreadsheets are my friend. I'll figure it out one way or the other.


One issue is if someone posts a car # with the incorrect driver. The only choice I have is to use whichever selection is first.

E.g. If someone lists #12 Ross Chastain, I'll have to give them car #12 (Blaney) and not Chastain.
Conversely, if someone lists Kyle Larson #9, I'll have to give them Larson and not Chase Elliot.

I hope we don't run into that problem again this year.
