A lot seems to hinge on The Bank of Canada's next announcement on Dec 11. A 1/4 pt drop is already built into the market ( a .50 pt would make a bigger impact , but unlikely ). The inflation rate here went down to 1.6% a month ago , but the # has risen back over 2 again ( for those that trust the # , believe in the tooth fairy & leave cookies and milk for Santa ).

The Canadian $ is really just Monopoly $$$ in the Big picture.

Real Estate is where the $$$ will be in the next 12 months in Canada.
